Anniversary for POP Connect

LOCAL WOMEN’S NETWORKING GROUP CONTINUES TO EXPAND

Ladies Networking in Chelmsford and Quendon

We’ve had a really exciting September at Pop Connect with the launch of two new groups – one in Chelmsford which had 19 attendees and the other in Quendon with 21. We had interesting outside speakers at each – Michelle Reeves, The Joy Chaser talked about live broadcasting at Chelmsford and Jo Painter, The Confidence Coach talked at Quendon. Our venue for Quendon (near Saffron Walden) is the stunning Parklands – an amazing place for a group to meet.

POP Connect Celebrates its First Birthday

We only launched Pop Connect a year ago and are delighted that we now have groups in 5 areas and are hoping to keep on growing fairly quickly, giving our members and visitors more choice of meetings to visit and more ladies to network with. We’ve had lovely comments and have been so pleased to launch both groups with eight members each from the off! It seems that people are enjoying the vibe of Pop Connect, less formal than some women’s networking groups but more structured than some very relaxed chatty “meet for a coffee” groups. Our members are doing really good business, bonding and some are joining more than one group to maximise their reach. We celebrated our first birthday at our Dunmow group earlier this month with some lovely cakes made by Jane at Scrumptious Tearooms, another really fun but productive meeting. If you haven’t been to a Pop Connect meeting yet you are very welcome. Please get in touch and don’t worry if you are a little nervous of networking as our meetings are relaxed and very friendly, you’ll be made very welcome.
